Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity…

Fifi Abdo returning for only the 2nd time teaching and dancing in the United States. Fifi has come once before to the US only as an actress to perform in her play “Hazemni Ya" (Tie the scarf- hip scarf!) and only once last year (by Little Egypt) to teach workshops or to perform in front of an audience of belly dance enthusiasts.

If you missed Fifi Abdo’s workshops and performances last May in Dallas, the opportunity to experience such an extraordinary weekend has returned. If you were among the lucky to attend her show last year, it’s obvious that returning this year is beyond worthwhile.

While acting on television is where she is most often found these days, it is belly dancing that started her career and will forever flow in her heart. Her sexy style is exactly the essence of Egyptian Raks Sharqi and a natural love for belly dance is evident in her every move.

In addition we will have workshops with the world renowned instructor, choreographer and star, Dr. Mo Geddawi! This is a weekend of instruction and performances that must not be missed!

Dr. Mo Geddawi is co-founder of the Reda Dance Troupe and has worked closely with Mahmoud Reda developing new concepts and styles that raised the Reda troupe to its prestigious international standing. Dr Mo also founded his own troupe in Berlin in 1986 called the Hathor Dance Troupe. He has produced many Oriental and folklore dance shows in Berlin and other European cities. Dr Mo currently gives workshops, seminars, and lectures on Egyptian folklore and various dances throughout the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the US.
